Soyabean chana dal sabzi, easy to make recipe can serve with rice or roti.
Ingredients-
Soya chunks- 1 small bowl
Split chic peas- 1 small bowl
1 small sliced onion,1/4 inch ginger, 6 to 7 garlic cloves ,small piece of dry coconut and small onion
1 small chopped tomato
Chopped coriender
½ tsp turmeric powder, 3 tsp aagri red chilli powder and 1 tsp cumin powder
2 bay leaves and 1 small stick of cinamon powder
Oil
Salt
Method-
Soak soya chunks and slit chicpeas for 15 mins.boil soya chunks.drain excess water .
Roast coconut and onion directly on flame till outer layer turns black.cut in pieces and grind fine.
Heat oil, put bay leaves and cinamon stick. Put slice onion fry till slight brown, put chopped garlic and ginger. Saute. add soak dal and all masala.mix. put salt. Pour glass of hot water and cook for 15 mins on medium flame. Once done put boiled soya ,ground paste ,tomato and cook for more 5 mins . garnish with coriender and serve.
