Paneer, veggies, cheese and more, this decadent sandwich is all you need to turn your snack time better!



200 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 inch cubes
4 white bread slices
Butter for applying + for toasting
4 tsps red chilli-garlic chutney
Green chutney for applying
4 tsps mayonnaise
1 small onion, diced and layers separated
1 small green capsicum, cut into 1 inch pieces
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Processed cheese as required
Red chilli flakes for sprinkling


1. To make one sandwich, apply some butter on one bread slice. Add 1 tsp red chilli-garlic chutney, green chutney and 1 tsp mayonnaise and spread it evenly. Arrange 6 cubes of paneer on the bread slice. Place one onion dice over one side of each paneer cube. Similarly, place green capsicum piece on the other side of each paneer cube. Sprinkle some crushed black peppercorns.
2. Heat some butter in a non-stick pan. Pace the sandwich on it.
3. Grate some processed cheese on top and sprinkle some crushed black peppercorns and red chilli flakes. Cover and cook till the cheese melts.
4. Place the sandwich on a worktop, cut and serve with potatoes chips, green chutney and tomato ketchup.
