Required ingredients:
aloo
onion
corriandar leaves
oil
salt
termeric
red chilli powder
green chilli
aashirvad aata
water
chat masala
garam masala

Procedure:
take cooker and add aloo in it let the cooker comes five to six vissels.. now take a bowl and add aata salt one spoon oil and little amount of water and mix the flour in to a smooth dough.. and let the dough rest for thirty minutes.. now take the aloo and peal it off and smash it now take a pan and add oil in it and now add onions green chilli smashed aloo garam masala chat masala and termeric salt red chilli powder.. and saute it well… now take the dough and make it in to balls.. now make the ball gradually in to a round big shape and add the aloo stuff in it and close with stuff with the dough and make as a chapathi shape .. now take a pan and grease oil on it and now place the chapathi roll on it.. let it cook for a while.. repeat the same process with the remaining balls.. that’s it now the Indian style parata is ready to serve..
