Sweet Potato Gratin is a twist on the classic baked side dish. Sweet Potato is peeled and thinly sliced, then mixed with olive oil, garlic, chilli and cream. Baked until golden, this dish is perfect for serving with any meat, or with a side salad as a vegetarian main – give it a go!

3 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Dried Chilli Flakes
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
300ml of Whipping or Pouring Cream
