16oz package of smoked sausage (try to get spicy sausage)
1 Green Pepper (medium sized) – diced
1 White Onion (small) – diced
2 Garlic Cloves – minced
1c Chicken broth (have extra 4-6oz just in case)
1c Instant Brown Rice (such as Minute Rice)
1tsp Cayenne Powder
1/2c Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Garnish with Parsley if desired
