BREAKFAST: HARD BOILED EGGS, HELGAS LOW CARB 5 SEEDS BREAD & HEINZ AMERICAN MUSTARD.
SMOOTHIE (MORNING TEA):
RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF SCOOPS OF PROTEIN WORLD VANILLA SLENDER BLEND PROTEIN POWDER (4), 1 TEASPOON OF VITARUIM DU CHOCOLAT POWDER (HEALTH FOOD SECTION AT COLES), 1 TABLESPOON OF MAYVERS SUPER TASTEY PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER, 1 TEASPOON OF WHITE CHIA SEEDS, ICE & MILK (SOMETIMES I USE WATER OR COCONUT WATER)
1 SLICE OF STEAMED SWEET POTATO, 1 BRANCH OF BROCCOLI & A PIECE OF BIRDS EYE OVEN BAKE LEMON CRUMBED FISH.
1 HOT CHOOK, 1 RIPE MANGO, COS LETTUCE LEAF CUPS & HOI SIN SAUCE.
DESSERT: FROZEN CHERRIES &/OR FROZEN NUTELLA (YUM!)
