Chef David Thompson turned up the heat for this years Melbourne PorkStar lunch event at Long Chim in Melbourne’s Crown Casino.

Wines for the evening were sourced from Domaine Wine Shippers and provided by Seville Estate, as well as beer from Two Birds Brewing & water from Aquabotanical.
