Creamy Risotto with Seared Scallops
I would say this would rate as an easy recipe to pull off- just need to have the patience to do it. Lots of love and lots of stirring required with this one so the risotto doesn’t stick to the pan. Impress your friends and family with the filling and delicious recipe.

Scallops: sear in a very VERY hot pan for 90 seconds each side and add a little butter to brown in the pan while doing this. Make sure to season with salt and pepper. **fresh scallops are always better than frozen**
