Most popular Goan tea time snack recipe. It is also made and served at breakfast. Easy to make recipe. Poha is also know as Flattened rice/ Beaten rice.

INGREDIENTS:
Medium Poha – 1 Cup
Jaggery (grated ) – 1/2 Cup
Grated Coconut – 1/2 Cup
Salt as per taste
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

METHOD:
1. Wash the poha two times in water and soak it in water for 10 mins. Salt can be added at this time.
2. Drain the water from the poha. And keep aside.
3. Mix the grated coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder together.
4. Now add the poha to the mixture and mix well.
