Hello everyone (: I went ahead and added the recipe down below, so it would be easier for you to make some homemade bread of your own P:

– 7 Cups Flour
– 3 Cups Luke Warm Water
– 2 Tbsp Instant Yeast (2 packets)
– 3 Tsp Salt
– 2 Tbsp Oil
– In a large bowl, pour 3 Cups Luke warm water and add 2 Tbsp of Instant Yeast, whisk together
– In mixing bowl, add 7 Cups Flour and 3 Tsp Salt, whisk together
– Add 2 Tbsp Oil to Flour, whisk together
– Form well in center of dry ingredients
– Add water/yeast to dry ingredients
– Mix dough 3-5 min. check consistency.
*If dough dry add 1 Tsp of water at a time
*If dough is too tacky add a pinch of flour at a time
– Continue to knead dough until dough becomes perfect tacky consistency
– Knead dough into ball
– Place dough in bowl, cover with cloth
– Proof dough in oven for 1 hr
*To proof dough. Place dough in oven with a cake pan full of boiling hot water on separate rack
– Separate dough into two parts
– Form dough into preferred shape, round loaf or baguette, cover with cloth
– Proof dough for another 30 min. having boiled water once again
– Bake at 400° for 40 min or until golden brown
