High Protein Bread:
– 300g vital wheat gluten
– 80g Flaxseed meal
– A pinch of baking powder
– 1-2 cups of water
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, adding water until it reaches a dough like consistency. Don’t kneed it too much otherwise it won’t rise!
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes. This bread rises A LOT, so make sure there’s enough room in the oven for it!
Makes 12 slices.
