This is prepared during festivals in India, specially in Punjab region.
1 litre milk
100 gm basmati rice (washed and soaked)
condensed milk 1 can(400 ml)
some chopped almonds, pistachio, cashew, raisins
8-10 strands of saffron
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp rose water
