As we all know bodybuilding requires a good amount of protein in our diet. While it’s quite easy for non-vegetarian to fulfil their protein intake, vegetarian always trouble. Especially when they are not using any supplement aka whey protein.
So, I’m sharing with you some high protein meals along with the recipes which are easy to manage on a regular basis.
All the foods I added to the recipes belong to Indians, we’re eating them since childhood. All we need to do is organise our meals in a way to help achieve our bodybuilding goals. All these foods are easily available in the market, they’re also quite cheap as compared to other protein sources.
