Ingredients:
300 G Spaghetti (use whole wheat pasta, for a healthier version)
1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
3 C. Baby Spinach
1 chopped onion
2-3 minced Garlic cloves
¼ C chopped Parsley
1 – 1 ½ C Low fat or Skim Milk
4 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese
½ C Grated Parmesan cheese
Black Pepper to taste
Crushed Red Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
A pinch of Nutmeg
1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Butter
