300 gr chocolate digestive biscuits(or your favorite), crushed
125 gr butter, melted
250 gr whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 gr cream cheese
75 gr caster sugar
5 tbsp milk
1 can cherry pie toping
22-24 cm springform, greased
1. Mix the melted butter and crushed biscuits well. Divide the mixture in the greased pan to make a pie bottom. Place in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to set.
2. In a mixing bowl, Cream the whipping cream, cream cheese ans vanilla. Add the sugar and milk whip it to stiff peaks. Divide the mixture over the biscuit bottom.
3. Spread the pie filling over the cheesecake. Let firm in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
