– 250ml of Almond Milk
– 1-2 Scoops of Salted Caramel Protein
– 1/2 Cup of Dates
– 1 banana
– Drizzle of Maple Flavour Drops or Maple Syrup

RECIPE 2: CHOCOLATE DREAM
– 250ml of Almond Milk
– 1-2 Scoops of Salted Caramel Protein
– 1/3 Cup of Cacao Powder
– 1 tbsp Almond Butter

RECIPE 3: BERRY BLAST
– 250ml of Coconut Milk
– 1-2 Scoops of Berry/Strawberry/Fruit Protein Powder
– 2 Cups of Frozen Mixed Berries
– 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
