झटपट बनवा दुधी भोपळ्याचे भजे | dudhi bhajiya recipe | लौकी पकोडे | easy and quick bottle gourd recipe

To grind :
Garlic: 4-5 cloves
Cumin seed: 1 tsp
Carom seed: 1/2 tsp
Green chilli: 2

Grated Bottle gourd: 1 1/2 cup
Gram flour: 1 cup
Carom seed: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp

1. Take Grated Bottle gourd in a bowl and add salt and mix it well. It will release water.
2. Then mix grind paste in it and mix it well, Add Red chilli powder, turmeric carom seeds and mix it well
3. Add Grahm flour as much it requires. Do not add water.
4. Mix it well and when the oil is hot Add the pakode in it for deep-fry.
5. Fry them on medium heat, once done remove them and it’s ready to serve.
6. Using Maharashtrian Watan masala you can make pakoda curry as well.
