Learn how to make Chakli, a very popular Indian snack / tea-time recipe.

Chakli is an Indian tea time savory snacks and often made on festive occasions. Learn to make this very simple and easy to make and quick homemade recipe.

Ingredient:
250 Gms Chakli Bhajani Flour
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Carrom Seeds
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
Salt
8 Tbsp Oil

Method:
– Heat oil and water in two seperate small bowls
– In round bottom bowl, take flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carrom seeds, sesame seeds, salt, oil, water and mix everything well and cover it as it is for 5 – 7 mins
– Knead the dough well by adding water as required
– Take a chakli maker and apply some water inside the maker
– Stuff the dough into the maker completely
– Press out the chakli dough on a butter papper or a plastic sheet in circular direction and close both the ends
– Deep fry the chakli on both the sides and the chakli is made.
