This Croissant Egg and Cheese Egg Bake is the perfect brunch recipe to make for when you’re trying to feed a hungry crowd!INGREDIENTS
• 8 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cups grated cheddar
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Grease a 9×13″ baking dish with melted butter.
Cut the dough and roll the croissants. Fill the baking dish with croissants
Beat eggs, milk, cream and season with salt and pepper. Add the bacon and cheese, then pour the mixture onto the croissants.
Bake 23 to 25 minutes for 190°C/375°F
