My husband saw some minute steak on sale and wanted to give it a try. It was a weeknight meal and we wanted something quick and easy to make. We turned on the Blackstone Griddle and cooked some cheesesteak sandwiches up.
I didn’t cooked everything on high. I let the griddle heat up, and then turned it down to medium. I also toasted my bread on the griddle and it toast your bread up wonderful.
We topped or sandwiches with some american cheese. It was good for a weeknight meal, but I also like making my cheesesteak sandwiches with some fresh beef that I slice myself, or just get some thinly sliced roast beef from the deli.
You can also grill up some onions and peppers to go on your sandwiches.
