Recommended recipe
200ml of yogurt and a table spoon of flaxseeds ( can be used in powder form)
Also add 1 teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of cinnamon and mix these to form a mixture. keep this mixture for 30 minutes and then have it empty stomach in the morning only once a day.
Do this for 10 days . Keep a gap of 15 days and then repeat this processes and do it for again 10 days .
Also follow kapha diet
Eat healthy do regular exercise.
