Today I am doing a veggie friendly dish for everyone following the slimming world diet.

Ingredients:
1 large onion cut into chunks
2 red peppers cut into chunks
fry light
1kg sweet potatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp sweet paprika
2 tsp hot smoked paprika
1 400g tin of black beans drained and rinsed
1 400g tin chopped tomatoes
100ml hot water
salt to taste
