1) Sauteed Veggies:
Shredded Cabbage – 1 cup
Shredded Carrot – 1/2 cup
Shredded Capsicum Red & Green – 1/2 cup each
Oil – 2 spoons
Black pepper Powder – 1/4 spoon
Salt – 1/2 spoon (As per taste)

2) Frankie Stuffing:
Boiled smashed Potato – 2cups
Oil – 2 spoons
Roasted cumin powder – 1/4 spoon
Frankie masala – 2 spoons
Salt – 3/4 spoon (As per taste)

3) Frankie Masala/spices:
Red Chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
Pav bhaji masala – 1/2 Tbsp
Roasted Cumin powder – 1/4 spoon
Dry Mango Powder – 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander powder – 1/4 spoon
Chat Masala – 1/2 tbsp
Pink Salt / Rock salt – 1/4 spoon

4) Frankie Roti / wrap:
Plain flour/Maida – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
Salt – 3/4 spoon (As per taste)
Oil – 2 spoons
water – 1/2 cup

Eggless Mayonnaise – As per taste
Tomato Ketchup – As per taste
