Welcome to another recipe video, I hope I find you safe and well. This week it’s two for the price of one lol :). Doner kebab from the Pinch of Nom cookbook and gluten free flat bread, served with a salad for a lovely low calorie meal, at 508 calories.

I’ve put the ingredients below if you feel like giving it a go, if you do, please be sure to let me know how you get on.

Ingredients – Doner kebab – serves 4
500g/18 oz 5% fat minced beef
1/2 tsp onion granules
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic granules
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper

Ingredients – flat bread – makes 4
260g/9 oz plain flour – I used Dove’s gluten free flour
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp maple or sugar syrup – I used golden syrup
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xanthan gum (only if using gluten free flour)
