CHOCOLATE CORNFLAKES
INGREDIENTS:
1. CORNFLAKES – 1 CUP
2. MELTED CHOCOLATE – 1/2 CUP
3. SEA SALT

DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, add the cornflakes and melted chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate has spread out.
2. In a parchment paper, place a spoon full of the mixture and sprinkle sea salt.
3. Freeze for about 1 hour.
4. Enjoy:)

Q&A:
1. How do you make corn flakes crispy again?
Simply set your oven to 350ºF, spread your stale cereal evenly onto a sheet pan, and pop it in to toast for 5-10 minutes. Then all you have to do is let it cool and voila perfect, satisfying, and, most importantly, crispy cereal.
2. How can I improvise the chocolate cornflakes?
You can add nuts, sprinkles, M&M’s etc

MANGO ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
1. MANGO PUREE – 1 CUP
2. CONDENSED MILK – 1/2 CUP
3. WHIPPING CREAM – 1 CUP
4. CHOPPED MANGO (OPTIONAL)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place a container that you will use for storing the ice cream into the freezer before you start prepping.
2. Blend the mangoes in a mixer until it becomes a puree.
3. In a bowl, blend the whipped cream until thick (3-5 minutes), add the mango puree and condensed milk. fold until thick.
4. Pour the mixture into the container that you stored in the freezer. Sprinkle chopped mangoes.
5. Place it in the freezer overnight. Blend the mixture every 2 hours to make it more creamy.
To serve: If you’ve let it freeze for several hours, it may be a little hard to scoop so you will just need to let it sit at room temperature for 2 minutes to soften slightly to make scooping easier.
For long term storage, cover the container with plastic wrap.

Q&A:
1. How many mangoes do I use?
This depends on the size of the mangoes, you’ll need enough to make 1 cup of puree. Try with two mangoes first, if you don’t have enough, add a third.
2. What kind of mangoes do I use?
Ripe mangoes.
3. How do you make homemade ice cream creamy and not icy?
By using more fat in your ice cream mix, you will keep the ice cream softer and creamier than if you had made ice milk or sorbet. Chill the ice cream ingredients thoroughly in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before you put them into the ice cream maker.

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
1. PEANUT BUTTER – 1 CUP
2. WHITE SUGAR – 1 CUP
3. 1 EGG

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven at 180°C or 350°F
2. Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Roll mixture into small balls and arrange on a baking sheet. Flatten each with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
3. Bake for 8- 10 minutes. Place it in a cooling rack for 5 minutes before moving to a plate.
4. Add how much ever jam you like and enjoy.

Q&A
1. What can I substitute for an egg in peanut butter cookies?
You can also use applesauce for making cookies instead of eggs. Substitute one-fourth cup applesauce for one egg in the cookie recipe. Applesauce will give the cookie dough moistness and impart the cookies with great flavour.
2. How do you tell if peanut butter cookies are done?
Like other drop cookies, peanut butter cookies are usually cooked until the edges are light brown. Because the peanut butter itself can make the cookies appear light brown, you might need to turn on the oven light or even take them out of the oven briefly for a quick closer look to check out the edges.
3.What if my cookies don’t bake in 10 minutes?
Add another 5 minutes to the oven and let it bake a bit more until it gets to the right consistency.

ENJOY 🙂
