INGREDIENTS:⁠

▫️30g oats⁠

▫️50g @happywayau vanilla pea protein⁠

▫️50g nut butter of choice⁠

▫️80-100ml almond milk (add as necessary to bind)⁠

▫️30g chocolate chips or chunks.⁠

▫️Optional: 1tsp natural sweetener or a pinch of salt to taste depending on if you want it sweeter or saltier.⁠

DEETS:⁠

▫️To a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir to combine.⁠

▫️Mould the mixture with your hands till it forms a cookie dough consistency.⁠

▫️Press into a lined loaf tin or mould into a rectangle – place in freezer for a few hours to set⁠

▫️Cut into 5 cubes and serve immediately, or keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.⁠
