Ingredients:
Oil 1 tsp
Raw banana 1 no
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Chilli powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Chaat masala ¼ tsp
Salt To taste
Curry leaves 1 sprig
coriander ½ bunch

Directions:
Heat oil in a pan, put raw banana slices, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, curry leaves mix it well and cook it on a low flame for 5 mins by putting a lid on
Finally add coriander and serve hot with sambar rice or curd rice.
