With festivals around the corner House of Food presents a very popular North Indian dessert Malpua, which is prepared in various ways in different parts of the country. Here, I have combined it with bananas and whole wheat flour to make it a healthy dessert.
Ingredients –
For Malpua
1 Banana
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tablespoon Saunf
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3 Tablespoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Bowl of Milk
Ghee for frying

For Rabdi-
1/2 Ltr Milk
3 Tablespoon Sugar
1.5 Tablespoon Cornflour
1 Tablespoon Kesar Milk
Chopped Dryfruits

Servings: 4 Pax
