A traditional Rajasthani recipe, bati (or commonly known as Rajasthani bati) is made with wheat flour and ghee.

Ingredients for Rajasthani “Bati”
Wheat flour = almost 500gm
Butter or Ghee= 100 ml
Coriander seeds (Sabut Dhaniya) – 1 tsp
baking soda — ¼ tsp
Salt = 1 tsp
Fennel seeds (Saunf) -1 tsp
a pinch of turmeric powder
Extra Ghee for applying on batis
