This are the cooking series Made IT/Ate IT! and today I’m bringing you THE BEST PIZZA base recipe! Low carb,fat and High in protein and fiber! This is a perfect recipe if you crave crispy pizza, but don’t have the macros for it. Ideal for cutting and bulking. INGREDIENTS:
* 230 GR Cannellini beans (any kind of beans) or one Tin
* 190 GR Egg Whites
* 1 Egg
* 40 GR Oat flour
* 30 GR All purpose flour
* 5gr Baking powder
* Spices of choice

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend the beans in big bowl
2. Add egg whites, egg and blend again
3. Add all dry ingredients + spices
4. Mix everything well!
5. Spread on baking sheet
6. Bake 10 min or till edges start to crisp up
7. Add desired toppings and bake a few more minutes
