Ginger (washed & peeled) – 1/2 inch

Green chilli (slited) – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Tomatoes (deseeded & chopped) – 2
Melted Clarified butter (ghee) – 1 tbsp
