Chicken Rice
Ingredients –
For rice

Rice – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – 1tsp
refined oil – 1tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Black pepper – 8/10
javitri – a pinch
Green cardamom – 2
cloves – 3
cinamon – 1/2 inch

For chicken marination

Chicken – 500gm
Curd – 1 tbsp ( thick curd )
salt – 1/4th tsp
red chilli powder – 1/2tsp
turmeric – 1/4th tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
garam masala powder – 1tsp
***************************
For masala paste-
Onion – 1 ( medium size )
Ginger – 1 inch piece
garlic – 8/10 cloves
Grind with a little water

Refined oil – 4 tbsp
Bay leaf – 1
black cardamom – 1
green cardamom – 2
cloves – 3
sah jeera – 1/2tsp
black pepper – 8/10

Garam masala – 1tsp
red chilli powder -1tsp
turmeric – 1/2 tsp
salt – 1tsp
Tomato paste – 1tsp or 1- tomato (puree)

coriander leaves – 1tbsp ( chopped )
green chillies – 2
