Ingredients:
– 3 bananas, brown and soft
– 1/3 cup granulated sugar
– 1/3 cup brown sugar
– 1/3 cup vegetable oil
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 cups flour
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 2 cups chocolate chips
– cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mash the browned bananas in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, vegetable oil and mix well. Mix in the flour, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Mix until a batter like consistency. Fold in your chocolate chips.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour in your banana bread mixture. Sprinkle the top with a little brown sugar to develop a crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes! Remove from oven and let sit for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
