Ingredients for pastry base:
All-Purpose Flour- 1/2 cup
Powder Sugar – 1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Coffee Powder – 1 tsp
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Refined Oil – 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Ingredients for whipped cream:
Whipping Cream – 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
Ingredients for sugar syrup:
water- 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp

Baking instructions:
*preheat cooker/kadhai for 10 min then bake for 30-40 min on between low to medium flame
*preheat oven at 180c for 10 min then bake for 30-35 min at 180c
