Dairy Free Alfredo Sauce [KETO RECIPE] – This super creamy dairy free Alfredo noodles is one of the easiest dinners you can make on Keto Diet.
Here is the recipe for you. I love Alfredo! How about you?

(2 servings)

2 packs of shirataki noodles
1 cup diced bacon
Fresh parsley
Cherry tomatoes

Alfredo sauce:

1 can coconut milk
4 tbsps. coconut flour
2 Tbsps. coconut oil
½ cup diced onion
4 cloves garlic
½ cup chicken broth
1 Squeeze lemon juice
1 tsp. sea salt
Black Pepper

Prep your shirataki noodle accordantly to the package (video above) and put aside.

Prep your Alfredo sauce: in a large skillet, heat coconut oil, add onion, garlic, and sauté until fragrant. In a small dish whisk 4 tbsps. Of coconut flour with ½ cup of chicken broth to create a slurry. Pour the coconut flour mixture into the skillet and stir until it is thickened and bubbly. Slowly whisk in coconut milk and allow it to thicken a bit more. Add in one fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

Put the diced bacon in a frying pan over medium heat and cook, stir often, and cook. Once the beacon gets crispy, remove the solid pieces and add to the Alfredo sauce. Add cooked shirataki noodles and heat it up.

Serve immediately and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes. I think you will love it. Enjoy!
