DEVILLED CHICKEN: In this video we show you how to make a perfect restaurant style devilled chicken. This dish mostly eats with fried rice in Sri Lanka. The combination of fried chicken with vegetables, sauces and spices gives a wonderful taste to the dish. Adjust salt and spiciness as per your preference.

For Marinate the Chicken:

Salt, Black Pepper, Chili Powder 1 tsp
Lime ½

Oil for Fry the Chicken

Vegetable Oil, Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger a small piece
Curry Leaves
Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Black Pepper, Sugar 1 tsp
Ketchup / Tomato Sauce 4 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Leeks White Part 5 small pieces
Green Chili 3 small
Onion, Tomato 1 large
Water Spinach /KangKung (Optional)
