Deep fried chicken tossed in sauce, has flavours from Japan. This recipe is tweaked and constructed for Spicy Indian palate.This recipe works perfectly well for prawns and vegetable dumplings. First chicken is dredged in batter then deep fried. The fried crispy chicken is then enveloped in dynamite sauce.

INGREDIENTS

 Chicken marinade

1/2 kg Chicken boneless cubes

1 Tablespoon Soya sauce

1 Tablespoon Paprika powder

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Oregano

Salt

Flour dip mixture

1/4 Cup Plain flour / Maida

1/4 Cup Corn flour

1 Teaspoon Black pepper powder

Salt

1 Egg well beaten

Oil For frying

Dynamite Sauce

4 Tablespoon Mayonaise

4 Tablespoon Siracha or chilli sauce

2 Tablespoon Chilli garlic sauce or chilli sauce

1 Tablespoon Tomato ketchup

1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

1 Teaspoon Honey

Garnish
