Protein bars can be super, super expensive. They can also have a lot of calories and a lot of fat compared to the amount of protein in them (is it really a protein bar if it doesn’t have 10g protein per 100 calories in the bar?!)

Sure, they taste great. But what if I told you that you can make extremely good tasting protein bars from home with only 4 cheap ingredients? Protein bars that have under 200 calories but have over 20g of protein and 27g of fiber?
