This is a buffalo chicken dip that I’ve made numerous times. With Super Bowl just around the corner this is a AWESOME dip to try if you’ve never had this. Great with chips, crackers, and even celery!!!!! Please comment below and let me know if you try this. Please tweet me pics if you make it too! Would love to see….

Ingredients:
2 chicken boneless breast (Brand: Gold Kist Farms — bought from Costco – http://www.costco.com)
2 packages of cream cheese (Brand: Raskas — bought from Costco http://www.costco.com)
1/4 – 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (depends on your preference) (Brand: Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce – http://www.texaspete.com/products/buffalo-style-chicken-wing-sauce/index.php)
1/4 cup of diced green onion leaves / chives

Chefmate slow cooker was featured in my video, but any slow cooker will do!

What you’ll need:
Crockpot (Alternative — if you don’t own a crockpot it works in the oven as well. 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes)
Pot (needed to boil water for chicken)
Spatula to mix ingredients
