1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Chili Powder

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot
2. Set to low for 3 hours or high for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally
3. Best served on warm setting in crockpot

FIRECRACKER CHICKEN MEATBALLS

FOR THE MEATBALLS:
1 lb. Ground Chicken
1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Egg, large
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
3 cloves Garlic

FOR THE SAUCE:
1/4 cup Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F
2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, spices and garlic. Combine gently with hands just until mixed. Do not overtax or meatballs will become tough
3. Roll into balls of desired size and place on greased or parchment lined baking sheet
4. Bake for 11-13 minutes
5. Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan add hot sauce, brown sugar, salt and apple cider vinegar. Store to combine, bring to a boil and let simmer for 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
6. After meatballs have cooled slightly, toss in sauce until well coated. Place back on baking sheet and bake for another 3-5 minutes.
