Ingredients
1 Cup – 200 ml
Rolled oats 1+3/4 cup
Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
baking soda 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
butter 1/2 cup (110gm)
brown sugar 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp
granulated white sugar 1/2 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
Mashed banana – 1/4 Cup
Dried cranberries 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp (For topping)
Note –
Raisin can be used instead of cranberries.
For increase the crispiness increase the baking time 2-3 min.
