More About Aslam Chicken Corner & Its Delectable Butter Chicken:
Aslam’s butter chicken in Jama Masjid is unlike any other butter chicken that you would have had! It is neither a tandoori chicken nor the butter chicken that was pioneered by Moti Mahal. It is Aslam’s version of a tandoori butter chicken! Once the chicken is cooked, the pieces are put in a large bowl and secret masalas are sprinkled on top of it, and then some cream is splashed over it. Melted butter is then poured over the chicken in the bowl. Needless to say, the final dish is simply out of this world. Besides its amazing butter chicken, Aslam’s is also known for its soft chicken seekh kebabs and fish tikka, all of which is served with rumali rotis!
Price for 2 – Rs.500
So, if you are craving some street food style butter chicken which is actually butter+chicken and not just chicken thrown in some sweet tomato gravy, you know where to head!
Address: 540 Matia Mahal Gali, Jama Masjid, New Delhi – 110006
