Moist chocolate cake:
For the 8” round cake pan

1 and 3/4 cup flour
1 and half cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 cup full cream milk
I cap full vanilla
1 tsp or 3g of Instant coffee, mix in 300ml of boiling water.

Bake at 170• for 50 mins
Or until your tooth pick comes out clean.
