In this video I show you how to make two yummy plant based cheese sauces. One is a fat free nacho cheese sauce (original recipe is by the brilliant Jill Mckeever) and the other is a low fat white cheese sauce (mine). These cheeses made it easier to transition into a plant based lifestyle. I lost 40 lbs in 11 months when I switched to a high starch, low fat plant based diet. I read the book “The Starch Solution” by Dr. John Mcdougall and it has forever changed my life. Not only did I lose 40 lbs but I also got rid of cystic acne, bad blood pressure, prediabetes, and bad cholesterol. I also had many female health issues going on that completely reversed after eating this way. Im sharing my journey and how I did it. I love to share my fat free, oil free vegan recipes.

Fat free nacho cheese sauce:
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup corn starch
1-12 oz jar roasted red bell pepper with water
1/2 cup nutritional yeas
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp garlic

White cashew cheese sauce”
3 cups diced white potato (peeled if using russet or red)
1/4 – 1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 lemon squeezed
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 cup hot water

4 cups water
