Gingerbread Cheesecake. This Gingerbread Cheesecake is creamy, silky, full of gingerbread, and warm holiday flavors.

INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST
2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 Cup butter, melted

INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESECAKE
3 8oz Packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 Cup brown sugar
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup molasses
1/4 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons ground ginger
2 Teaspoons cinnamon
1 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon ground cloves

INGREDIENTS FOR WHIPPED CREAM
1 Cup Heavy whipping cream
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
