Poderacho Bol is a Goan sweet bread with coconut flavour and you find in our Goan traditional bakeries. Perfect with hot cup of tea or coffee.
Poderacho Bol Ingredients
For 2 Portions
2 Cups Plain Flour
1 Cup Freshly Grated Coconut
2tsp Dry Yeast
1tsp Ghee/ Clarified Butter
6tbsp Granulated Sugar
1tsp Salt
1tsp Cardamom Powder
1tsp Fresh Ginger Juice
1 Egg For Egg Wash For Shine & Golden Brawn Colour
Bake at 180°c For Oven With Fan
               200 °C For Normal Oven Without Fan
For 15-20 min or till Nice Golden Brawn Colour On Top.

***We use 1 Standard US Cup of 240ml is equal to =
200gms Granulated Sugar
225 grms Caster Sugar
100grms Powder Sugar
250grms Butter
140grms Flour
100grms Freshly Shredded Coconut

*** We Use***
1tbsp   = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp     = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml
