Vegetable oil – replace with equal amounts of applesauce or coconut oil
Wheat Flour – replace with equal amounts of almond flour, buckwheat flour, or rice flour
Eggs – replace with applesauce
Refined sugar – replace with honey, blackstrap molasses, stevia, and/or xylitol
3 ripe bananas
1/2-1 Cup Honey and/or Blackstrap Molasses — up to you how sweet.
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp baking soda
