We’ll be teaching you how to make this tasty grilled cheese as a quick way to solve all of your leftover worries. 12 oz bag cranberries
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
Lemon zest
1 cup pistachios
Gruyere cheese
Multigrain sourdough bread
Lite butter


1. In a pot, combine water, cranberries and honey. Cook until boiling and bring down to a simmer.

2. Place pistachios on a tray and cook for 10 minutes at 350 F.

3. Once cranberries have thickened, add in lemon zest.

4. Construct grilled cheese with all ingredients and cook on grill until golden brown or cheese has melted.

5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
