A stay full for longer, healthy soup. I often cook without ever measuring ingredients so you can put more or less of things. In particular more or less lentils and barley in this recipe.

Ingredients:
Lentils (150g)
Barley (150g)
2 Zucchini
2 medium onions
5 cloves of garlic,
1 leek
Cubed meat
2 Brodo/ broth cubes
Salt
Water
A piece of ginger
Green onions
