I have been receiving enquiries on how I lined my baking pans perfectly so I decided to do a video to share with you. There are only 2 methods here – one method applies to loaf, square and rectangular pans while the other method applies to round pans. This is an easy and fail proof method.

I use non stick parchment paper so I don’t need to grease the pan unless I am baking something delicate. Once you get the hang of it, you can even shape the parchment paper without drawing lines but make sure you have steady hands haha… The parchment paper is always higher than the height of pan as it is convenient for lifting the bread or cake out of the pan.
